Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your username, registered Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a password. Submit the form and an OTP is sent to your mobile. Enter the OTP to verify and activate your Laki Game account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. Each individual is allowed one Laki Game account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will be permanently closed. Any balance in a duplicate account is forfeited. This rule protects the fairness of the bonus system for all genuine Laki Game members.

Go to the Login page and enter your registered mobile number or username plus your password. On a new device, you will also need to enter a 6-digit OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Alternatively, use the OTP Login tab to sign in using only your mobile number and an SMS code — no password needed.

Click Forgot Password? on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, receive an OTP via SMS, and follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password. The process takes about two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@lakigame.app from your registered email address.

For most recreational players, mobile OTP verification is the only identity check needed to create and use a Laki Game account. Full KYC (CNIC or passport) is only required if your cumulative withdrawals cross the platform's defined PKR threshold, or if our fraud system flags the account for additional review.

To permanently close your account, email support@lakigame.app with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Any verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. If you want a temporary break rather than permanent closure, use the Responsible Gaming cooling-off tool instead.

Deposits

Log in to your Laki Game account, go to Deposit and Withdrawal, select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard — enter the PKR amount and confirm. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear in under 60 seconds. Bank IBFT usually settles within the same business day.

The minimum deposit on Laki Game is Rs 100 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Minimums for other methods may vary — check the deposit screen inside your account for the exact figure per payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Laki Game, though your payment provider may have their own daily or monthly transaction limits.

First, refresh your Laki Game wallet page and wait two to three minutes — mobile wallet transfers occasionally take a moment to reconcile. If the balance has still not updated after five minutes, email support@lakigame.app with your registered mobile number, the transaction amount in PKR, the date and approximate time, and your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction reference number. The team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Laki Game does not charge any deposit fees from its end. However, your payment provider — whether JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, or your card issuer — may apply their own service charges. These are outside of Laki Game's control. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure what fees they apply to outbound transfers.

Yes. Laki Game accepts deposits via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) from any Pakistani bank. Select Bank IBFT on the deposit screen, note the beneficiary account details provided, and initiate the transfer from your internet banking or mobile banking app. IBFT deposits typically reflect in your Laki Game wallet within one to three business hours, depending on your bank's processing speed.

Withdrawals

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals from Laki Game are typically processed within 10 minutes of a verified request. Bank IBFT withdrawals submitted before 4 PM PKT on a working day are usually processed the same day. Requests submitted after 4 PM or on public holidays are processed the next working day. Withdrawals that require KYC review may take longer.

The minimum withdrawal from Laki Game is Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Bank IBFT withdrawals carry a slightly higher minimum due to interbank processing requirements. The exact minimum for each method is shown on the withdrawal screen inside your Laki Game account.

If your Laki Game withdrawal has been in "Pending" status for more than four hours on a working day, contact support@lakigame.app with your registered mobile number, the withdrawal amount in PKR, and the date and time of the request. Laki Game does not charge withdrawal processing fees. The amount you request is the amount that leaves the platform. Your receiving payment provider — your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — may apply their own inbound transaction fees, which are not within Laki Game's control.

Small withdrawals within the standard PKR threshold do not require document-based KYC verification — mobile OTP authentication is sufficient. If your cumulative withdrawals on Laki Game exceed the defined threshold, or if our risk system flags the transaction, you will be asked to complete KYC by submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport before the withdrawal is processed.

PSL Betting

Log in to Laki Game and navigate to the PSL Betting section. Select a match, choose a market — match winner, top batsman, total sixes, first wicket method, or others — enter your PKR stake (minimum Rs 50), and confirm. For live in-play bets, odds update ball by ball. Winnings are credited to your wallet immediately after the official result is confirmed by PCB.

Laki Game PSL Betting odds are set by our oddsmaking team using statistical models, team form, player availability, pitch conditions, weather, and market data. In-play odds update automatically based on the live match situation — after each ball, wicket, or over. Decimal odds format is used. Your potential return is always displayed as (stake × odds) on the bet slip before you confirm.

If a PSL match is officially abandoned, cancelled, or results in a no-result (including rain interruptions that prevent a valid result), all pre-match bets on that fixture on Laki Game are voided and your PKR stake is returned to your wallet in full. In-play bets placed after a specified number of overs have been bowled may be settled rather than voided — exact rules are detailed in the Laki Game Terms and Conditions.

Early cash-out is available on selected PSL Betting markets on Laki Game when the option is offered in the live betting interface. If cash-out is available on your open bet, a "Cash Out" button will appear on the bet alongside the current available return in PKR. Cash-out is not available on all markets or at all times during a match — its availability depends on market liquidity and in-play match conditions.

The minimum stake per PSL bet on Laki Game is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and match — the bet slip will display the maximum allowed for each selection. There is no fixed maximum for match winner bets on major PSL fixtures, though Laki Game reserves the right to limit maximum stakes at its discretion for risk management purposes.

Games

Go to the Teen Patti section from the main navigation after logging in to Laki Game. Select a table that suits your PKR betting range — there are tables from entry level up to high stakes. A live dealer runs the game in real time. You place your bet in PKR before the deal, and the player with the best three-card hand wins. No prior experience is necessary — the rules are displayed in-game and the dealer guides the pace.

In Baccarat on Laki Game, you bet on whether the Player hand, the Banker hand, or a Tie will have a total closest to nine. Cards two through nine are face value; tens and face cards are worth zero; aces count as one. Place your PKR bet before the deal, and the live dealer completes the hand automatically according to standard drawing rules. Winning Player bets pay 1:1; winning Banker bets pay 0.95:1 (a 5% commission); Tie bets typically pay 8:1.
