Laki Game Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

By accessing Laki Game at lakigame.app — whether you are browsing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Laki Game. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform and should exit immediately. Continued use of Laki Game after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use Laki Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Laki Game is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not permit access to anyone under the legal adult age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility as the player to determine whether using Laki Game is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when registering or playing.
• You must not be a current employee or immediate family member of a Laki Game employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Laki Game for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Laki Game reserves the right to ask for age and identity verification at any time. Players who cannot satisfy verification requirements will have their accounts suspended pending document submission. We conduct verification to protect both our players and the integrity of the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on Laki Game. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — regardless of the device, phone number, or payment method used — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering your Laki Game account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Your account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your Laki Game login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify Laki Game support immediately at support@lakigame.app.
• Laki Game accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to another person.

All deposits on Laki Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Laki Game does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Laki Game account holder will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Laki Game does not impose deposit fees on any method. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside of our control. Always check with your mobile wallet or bank before initiating large deposits.

Withdrawals from your Laki Game wallet are processed in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests submitted before any active wagering requirements have been satisfied will be placed on hold until those requirements are met.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawal requests typically complete within ten minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same day for requests received before 4:00 PM PKT. Later requests are processed the following business day.
• Identity verification may be requested before processing any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 100,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Laki Game does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's standard charges may apply.

Laki Game periodically offers bonuses, free bets, free shots, and promotional credits to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, in addition to the general rules below.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. Using a bonus as part of a deliberate low-risk hedging strategy (also called bonus bagging or bonus abuse) is prohibited.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash at face value.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time per account. If a new promotion is claimed while an existing bonus is active, the existing bonus will be forfeited.
• Laki Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including removing a player from a promotion if we reasonably believe the promotion is being abused.
• Free bets and promotional credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire automatically.

All games on Laki Game — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Fishing Games, and Ludo Games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. These Terms apply in addition to those individual game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited across all Laki Game games and features:

• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players during live multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes, share hole cards, or otherwise gain an unfair edge.
• Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from known bugs will be voided.
• Abuse: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward live dealers, support staff, or other players.
• Impersonation: Claiming to be another person, a Laki Game employee, or an affiliate of the platform.

Laki Game monitors gameplay activity for signs of the above. Accounts found in breach will be suspended immediately, and any balance associated with prohibited activity will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

The following rules apply specifically to the Laki Game PSL Betting section in addition to all general Terms and game conduct rules above.

• All PSL bets are settled using official Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) match results and scorecards. No third-party data source takes precedence over official PCB data.
• If a PSL match is abandoned without a result — including all DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) scenarios that produce no official winner — all pre-match bets on that fixture are voided and stakes returned. Markets that concluded before the abandonment (e.g., toss winner, first over total) are settled based on the recorded result.
• Live in-play bets accepted and confirmed before a match-changing event (wicket, boundary, over completion) will not be voided based on that event unless a clear technical error in odds pricing is identified.
• Maximum bet limits per market are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement and may vary by match, market type, and player account tier.
• Laki Game reserves the right to suspend any PSL betting market at any time — including during live play — if we determine that market integrity may be compromised.
• Any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded (late bets) will be voided, regardless of whether the platform displayed odds after the event. It is the player's responsibility to ensure bets are placed before the relevant market closes.

Laki Game takes responsible gaming seriously and has built a set of tools that every registered player can access at any time to manage their gaming activity. These tools are designed to help you stay in control and enjoy the platform within healthy limits.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period before being increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choice, from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit, place bets, or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six months. Laki Game will not re-open a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of the request.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible from your account settings at no charge and without any impact on your account standing. Laki Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
• Confirmed duplicate account creation.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Laki Game staff or other players.
• Collusion, use of automated tools, or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.

When an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the suspension results in permanent closure for cause, any forfeited balance will not be returned.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@lakigame.app. Any legitimate remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after identity confirmation, provided no outstanding wagering requirements exist.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Laki Game Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a Laki Game account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In brief, Laki Game collects personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

Laki Game provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laki Game's liability to any player is limited to the return of that player's verified PKR deposit balance. Laki Game is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings arising from platform unavailability or technical errors.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to properly review bet details before confirmation.
• Losses resulting from a player's breach of these Terms, including account suspension or closure for cause.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

In the event of a genuine technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed or a game result being calculated incorrectly, Laki Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Where correct odds or results can be reconstructed from reliable data, Laki Game may choose to re-settle the affected bets at the correct values.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of Laki Game, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Where local laws conflict with these Terms, the more protective provision for the player shall apply to the extent possible.

In the event of a dispute between you and Laki Game, we encourage you to contact our support team first at support@lakigame.app. The vast majority of issues are resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of first contact, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute mechanism specified by the platform's licensing authority.

You agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against Laki Game before exhausting the internal dispute resolution process described above.

Laki Game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — Laki Game will provide advance notice via the registered email address or mobile number associated with your account, where feasible. Minor updates, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any rule, may be made without individual notice.

It is your responsibility as a Laki Game account holder to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using Laki Game and contact support to arrange account closure.
